Returning to LaComedia Dinner Theatre in Springboro, OH is one of their most popular shows, the beloved collaboration between Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."  A fun, upbeat adaptation of the biblical story of a young man sold into slavery by his own jealous brothers.  His gift of interpreting dreams catches the eye of the Egyptian pharaoh and he eventually predicts and saves his country from a terrible famine.  This Broadway show is set to musical styles from country-western and calypso to bubble-gum pop and rock 'n roll.  LaComedia's buffet meal is included before the afternoon show.  Includes round trip deluxe motorcoach transportation, meal and show.

"Girl Crazy" (1930), music by George Gershwin, lyrics by Ira Gershwin, book by Guy Bolton and John McGowan.  Distracted by female students and performing poorly in the classroom, Danny Churchill Jr. moves west to a university that his father believes is free of temptation.  Soon, though, Danny strikes up a friendship with Ginger Gray.  When Ginger, whose family runs the all-male college, explains that the school has money troubles, creative Danny puts together a big fundraiser.  The event highlights their song-and-dance skills and also cements their bond.  The 1943 movie starred Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland.  Ethel Merman made her stage debut in the musical production and it turned Ginger Rogers into an overnight star.  Songs include "I Got Rhythm,"   Show is performed at the Ohio Light Opera, College of Wooster in Wooster, OH. Enjoy the day in Sandusky and Port Clinton, OH!  Visit the Merry Go Round Museum and enjoy a fun and relaxed atmosphere as you learn about the history and art of the carousel.  Relive your childhood when you climb aboard the working and fully restored Allan Herschell Carousel with the band organ playing.  Watch the carvers bring neglected carousel pieces back to their full beauty.  Enjoy lunch at the family owned and operated restaurant that was originally famous for their fresh cut french fries at Cedar Point Amusement Park starting in 1939 through 1978.  Then we'll have dessert at Toft's Dairy, Ohio's oldest dairy.  Two scoops for all!!  This afternoon we visit the Liberty Aviation Museum, Ohio's newest museum that showcases operational historic aircraft and vehicles, including "Georgie's Gal," a WWII B-25 Mitchell Bomber.  Round out the day with a stop at Port Clinton's Cheese Haven, where they carry more than 150 cheeses, most made locally.  Don't forget to visit their old-fashioned candy counter!  Includes round trip deluxe motorcoach transportation, meal, admissions and attractions, and shopping time.

Travel with us to Sugarcreek, Millersburg and Walnut Creek, the heart of Ohio's Amish Country. Meet our local step-on guide and begin the day at Hershberger's Bakery and Farm Market.  Shop their delicious baked goods and browse the fresh produce in the farm market.  Mid-day we'll dine on a family-style feast of Amish favorites as we enjoy a meal in an Amish home. After lunch, depart to Hillcrest Apple Orchard, where you'll shop for apples and cider, then we make a stop at Coblentz Chocolates where they make some of the area's highest quality, premium chocolates, not available in any grocery store.  Our last stop will be at Walnut Creek Cheese and Bulk Food Store where you'll enjoy an ice cream treat.  Of course, time is allowed for shopping at each stop we make.
